Our warehouse will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#.

A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. Our warehouse will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to superiorknivesonline for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.
If all of the products on your shipment order are in stock, superiorknivesonline will immediately fulfill the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. Special Order shipment, ship in 11 days. You will be notified by e-mail when shipped.Note: Availiblity of products can change due to Knife companies discontinued a product without notice. Any orders received by us before 12:00 noon (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will ship within one (1) business day of receipt. Special Orders will be shipped in approximately 11 days. You will be notified by e-mail when shipped by the shipper. We reserve the right to refund your money to you if the product is unavailable or price miss representation.
Superiorknivesonline warehouse ships by UPS, USPS, and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain products that are classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Freight Costs Superiorknivesonline will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped. $6.00 shipping on all U.S. ground orders less than 1 pound the differents will be refunded to you.
Superiorknivesonline offers a "Bill to Third Party" option for UPS services only. Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.
Parcel Insurance Superiorknivesonline warehouse will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, superiorknivesonline has no liability for lost or damaged parcels once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
International Shipments Please note that certain products distributed by superiorknivesonline warehouse are not available for export. We will notify you in case this arrises.

In case of just a simple return or that the item had been damaged from misuse, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
